CONDITIONS

I hereby agree to return the Vehicle in the same condition as received to The Bahamas Private Transport and Tour Company Ltd representative or to accept responsibility for loss. The $20.00 insurance paid by the Lessee only covers Him/Her for Personal Damages to Third Parties Only while He/She is driving the vehicle. The Lessee agrees to also pay the first $400.00 for any Property damage done by Him/Her during the time He/She has the vehicle rented. In case of an accident, Lessee agrees to report it to Police and make necessary statements to them. The Renter of the Vehicle is not responsible for any personal injuries or other loss or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee and /or any Passenger carried upon the said Vehicle.
No Refund. The security deposit will be made in cash. Riding on the Beach is prohibited. The deposit will be lost.
