CONDITIONS

I hereby agree to return Cycle and helmets in the same condition as received to The Bahamas Private Transport and Tour Company Ltd representative or to accept responsibility for loss. The $20.00 insurance paid by Lessee only covers Him/Her for Personal Damages to Third Parties Only while He/She is riding the Cycle. The Lessee agrees to also pay the first $400.00 for any Property damage done by Him/Her during the time He/She has Cycle rented. In case of an accident, Lessee agrees to report it to Police and make necessary statement to them. The Renter of the Cycle is not responsible for any personal injuries or other loss or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee and /or any Passenger carried upon the said Cycle. Helmet is mandatory.
No Refund. Riding on the Beach is prohibited. Deposit will be lost.
