We offer private transportation, airport transfers, island tours, and chartered experiences throughout Nassau and surrounding areas in The Bahamas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.
- Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways or in person (where applicable).
- A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking.
- Abide by local laws and respect our drivers, guides, and property.
- Be punctual for your scheduled pickup or tour time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer displaying aggressive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to provide safe and reliable services, Bahamas Private Transport and Tours is not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during transportation or tours.
- Injuries or accidents resulting from negligence outside of our control.
7. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, text, photos, and graphics—is the property of Bahamas Private Transport and Tours and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
